Behind the Scenes: OKTA Conference Melbourne at Our Venue

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting the OKTA Conference back in April—an inspiring two-day Korean business networking event—right here at our venue in Melbourne. With nearly 500 attendees on day one and a full program of talks, meetings, and networking sessions, this was a fantastic showcase of how our space adapts to meet the needs of large-scale corporate events.

The Setup: Big Crowd, Smooth Delivery

For day one, the space was set up theatre-style to comfortable fit everyone in. We had a full AV setup, complete with stage lighting to keep speakers front and centre and looking sharp. One highlight? Our dual projector system—two big screens running in sync so no one missed a thing, no matter where they were sitting. It looked slick and worked a treat.

Our tech team was on hand throughout, making sure sound, slides, and video all ran smoothly. No hiccups, no stress—just solid support from behind the scenes.

Day Two: Same Space, New Layout

By the next day, things looked a bit different. We'd transformed the main room overnight into two separate conference spaces so the organisers could run multiple sessions side-by-side. It's one of the things we do best—flexible setups without the fuss.

We also opened up two breakout rooms, perfect for smaller meetings and networking chats. It gave guests a chance to step out of the crowd and have more focused convos.
