We had the pleasure of hosting RUMBIA 2025 back in April—a dynamic and high-energy Latin dance festival in Melbourne that brought together dancers, artists, and music lovers for a full weekend of movement and celebration.
A Full Weekend of Dance and Community
Held right here in the heart of the city, RUMBIA 2025 transformed our venue into a lively hub of culture, rhythm, and connection. Over four days, attendees took part in dance workshops, live performances, and social events featuring styles like salsa, bachata, cha-cha, and mambo.
The organising team set up dedicated dance floors across the space, creating room for hundreds of dancers to connect, learn, and celebrate together. Whether beginner or pro, everyone found a reason to move.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting the OKTA Conference back in April—an inspiring two-day Korean business networking event—right here at our venue in Melbourne. With nearly 500 attendees on day one and a full program of talks, meetings, and networking sessions, this was a fantastic showcase of how our space adapts to meet the needs of large-scale corporate events.
For day one, the space was set up theatre-style to comfortable fit everyone in. We had a full AV setup, complete with stage lighting to keep speakers front and centre and looking sharp. One highlight? Our dual projector system—two big screens running in sync so no one missed a thing, no matter where they were sitting. It looked slick and worked a treat.
Our tech team was on hand throughout, making sure sound, slides, and video all ran smoothly. No hiccups, no stress—just solid support from behind the scenes.
By the next day, things looked a bit different. We'd transformed the main room overnight into two separate conference spaces so the organisers could run multiple sessions side-by-side. It's one of the things we do best—flexible setups without the fuss.
We also opened up two breakout rooms, perfect for smaller meetings and networking chats. It gave guests a chance to step out of the crowd and have more focused convos.

The event began with an inspiring message from guest speaker, who shared his personal journey of faith and the importance of building meaningful relationships grounded in love and prayer. In 2020, the Adventist Youth for Christ gathering at Arrow on Swanston was a remarkable event that united young leaders from across Australia. Attendees engaged in empowering workshops focused on community outreach and personal spiritual growth, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and support.
Worship sessions were a standout feature of the weekend. Led by the talented youth band, these gatherings were filled with uplifting music and heartfelt prayers, creating a sense of unity and purpose. The energy in the room reminded everyone of the strength we find in community and faith.
Inspiring guest speakers shared their journeys and insights, motivating attendees to reflect on their own paths and consider how they could make a difference in their communities. The Golden Years Gala took place last October at the elegant Champions Ballroom at Arrow on Swanston, celebrating a night dedicated to honouring our elders. This heartwarming gathering brought together friends, family, and community members for an evening filled with laughter, shared stories, and memorable moments.
Guests enjoyed a gourmet three-course meal, accompanied by live music that set the perfect tone for the evening. Attendees were treated to inspiring speeches from some of the elder guests, reminiscing about treasured memories and reflecting on the joys of togetherness.
The atmosphere was one of connection and celebration, as people of all ages came together to create new memories and pay tribute to the golden years of life. The Golden Years Gala was a night to remember, leaving everyone with full hearts and fond memories of a truly special evening.

With a capacity of 470 attendees, the evening was filled with colourful performances, lively dance, and a true sense of community. From traditional beats to modern rhythms, our talented performers captivated the audience, bringing the essence of Bollywood to life.
